CloudDesign_LLD.xlsm problem Micro on excell

Already download CloudDesign_LLD from ServiceTurbo Cloud platform, but when running micro on microsoft excell 2013 get error "The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled"

i was enable Macro from File > Option > Trust Center> Macro Setting, but still can't solve
