Issue description
Users are not able to playback the voice file in the IVR.

Handling process
1. Checked whether the correct file is uploaded.
2. Checked all the parameter setting this the Cloud IPCC.
3. Rebooted the server.
4. Checked the network connection.
5. Checked the firmware version of the device.
Root cause
It may be due to the voice file type.
Suggestions
Check the voice file types, convert the audio file type to the correct audio type and re-upload the file.
