Hello, friend.
Resource pooling
Resource pool is an IT term used in a cloud computing environment to describe the situation where a provider serves multiple clients, customers, or "tenants" with temporary and scalable services. These services can be adapted to each customer's needs without any changes to the customer or end user.
The idea behind resource pooling is that, through modern scalable systems in cloud computing and software as a service (SaaS), providers can create a sense of unlimited or immediate availability by controlling resource adjustments at the meta-level. This allows customers to change their service levels at will, without any restrictions on physical or virtual resources.
measured service
Cloud systems automatically control and optimize resource use by leveraging a metering capability at some level of abstraction appropriate to the type of service (e.g., storage, processing, bandwidth, and active user accounts). Resource usage can be monitored, controlled, and reported, providing transparency for both the provider and consumer of the utilized service. Typically this is done on a pay-per-use or charge-per-use basis.
