Yes i do like the new help centre.
it's very helpful for people who are new for Huawei enterprise support website or the App.
Which part of the support website that you suggest an introduction or guide be added for so that you can browse the website easily ?
and in addition to that add the requirement information ( equipment account, registered product) for some tools to be used.
i'm finding difficulties until now that i can't access some tools because of permission issues (even though i'm an equipment account and i have registered a product)
Tell us other thoughts?
this video is good for people like me how are familiar with Huawei support website or the app
but for people who never used huawei website or the app it's hard for them
let them know how to access it step by step.
one more thing that you need to make your local office use the app and
try to submit a ticket through the app so can be stored for better documnetation
