The quality of the   recovered clock depends on the bearer PSN network. It is greatly affected by   network delay jitter, packet loss, and out-of-sequence. It is necessary to   ensure high QoS of the service.

NTP

NTP (Network Time   Protocol), clock timing is similar to 1588, widely used in Internet network   timing

Can synchronize   frequency and time simultaneously

The clock precision   is ms level, which cannot meet the requirements of 3G telecommunication   network
