CLIR trough call transfer isn\'t working

U1981 V200R003C30SPC500B011 I have a telephone (A) with its line configured with CLIR so called numbers can't see its number and it works fine, but when the secretary (telephone B) transfers a call the calling party (telephone C) can see the private number. How do I prevent the telephone C from seeing A's number when B transfers a call? CLIR is activated in both A & B A's lines are marked as "private" and user name and labels name are "Dept name" it appears to me that B somehow "leaks" boss name to the calling party Thanks

Can you please provide more information regarding User A, B and C if they are intra-office or external call?

As you can see,  CLIR is not working for intra-office calls:

Also, I would recommend the newer version of eSpace U1981.

Try to make this command , config softargu type 490 value 0

All telephones involved are intra-office. and CLIR Works fine except during a transfer call operation.
With 490=0 trunk calls only see B's number wich is what we want, but intra office calls still see A's number. 
I've tryed also adding 496=0 to no avail.
