You do not need to telnet the EG8145V5. 

You can run the ont ipconfig command on the OLT to configure the PPPoE of the EG8145V5.

Example:

To configure the IP address obtaining mode of IP host interface 1 of ONT 0 connected to port 0/3/1 as PPPoE, specify the management VLAN as 10, the management VLAN priority as dscp-mapping, and the default priority as 3, do as follows: The user name and password of the PPPoE account are username and password.
