Problem Analysis
1) SWDL_CHGMNG_NOMATCH alarm is reported on both NE 9-85 and NE 9-185, this alarm indicated that when the board software of a board mismatches the NE software.
2) Then, we checked the NE backup information, both SCC synchronization status and the SWDL state is in normal condition for both NE 9-85 and NE 9-185.
3) Based on online board list information, for NE 9-85 and NE 9-185, we found out that the 2-5 board and 0-7 board respectively is in CPY_MEM_END status (board software is incomplete).
4) Next, we check the board isolation status for both NE 9-85 and 9-185, no board is not under isolation state.
5) Therefore, suggest to perform the current software reload onto both NE 9-85 and NE 9-185
Root Cause
NE 9-85 and NE 9-185, we found out that the 2-5 board and 0-7 board respectively is in CPY_MEM_END status (board software is incomplete). Therefore, SWDL_CHGMNG_NOMATCH alarm reported.
