Hi expert,

My ONT wifi is slower and slower from day to day now I want to clear history data/configuration, please show me how to do it accordingly. Appreciate your answer

Hello guy!

You can do these two steps and hope its can help u:

Clearing ONT data is similar to restoring factory settings for an ONT. Use either of the following
methods to restore factory settings for an ONT:
● Choose System Tools > Restore Default Configuration from the main menu on the web
page and click Restore Default Configuration.
● Hold down the RESET button for a long period of time (longer than 10s) to restart the ONT
with factory settings.
