There will be times when customer would want to cleaup the whole configurations of their storage devices. Follows the actions course followed.
1.-Customer was first requested with the current version of the devices installed . The command is "show version all"
While Consulting the product documentation, we encountered the following
The version on customer site does not allow such command to be executed. Internal verification with RnD team revealed that in order to cleanup the configuration it would have to be done manually. Such information was passed to customer who executed the task succesfully.
