Hello.

We added a camera from another vendor “Cisco” to Huawei IVS client successfully.

But when we tried to view the camera live, error message shows up “operation failure. The response timed out. Error code: 999115450”

1. In the case of third-party devices, the ONVIF protocol is recommended. Check whether the third-party device supports this protocol.

2. It is recommended that you capture the signaling interaction packets on the PC to determine which device is abnormal.

3. It is recommended to communicate with third-party engineers first.
