Cisco "no autostate" equivalent on S5720 switch

I have an S5720-28X-PWR-SI-AC switch with VRP V200R010C00SPC600 patch level V200R010SPH009.

I have a dozen of vlans configured, each one with an associated vlanif. One of theese vlan is a management vlan, that's used for monitoring and as source address for SNMP traps, but it doesn't have any physical interface associated with it. It's reachable only by routing.

The problem is that the vlanif status is 'down' when all the ports belonging to the vlan are in 'down' state. Usually I have more than one switch, so the trunk that connects the switches allows the vlanif to enter the 'up' condition.

But in this site I don't have a second switch and I cannot have a trunk port configured. Moreover I don't have any device that needs to be configured on that vlan and I don't have any device that could be used as reference because only the firewall is always turned on; but the firewall port cannot be configured as a trunk.

I found a way to delay the down state of the interface vlan up to 20 seconds (damping time 20) but it's not enough... I'd need a Cisco equivalent of the command 'no autostate' that allows the vlanif to stay up even when all the associated ports are down or when there is no port associated with the vlan.
