Network Fiber Optic Cable troubleshooting and steps as followed.

It's a Singlemode cable
Distance more than 2 KM.
Troubleshoot and photos are given below.
after splicing connection is back to working condition.

1st TEST OTDR (Identified the loss)

2nd TEST OTDR (loss recovered Side- A)

3rd TEST OTDR (loss recovered Side- B)

Used same Media Converter

Used same Patch cable and connection is back to normal
