Checking Whether the Recording Playback Is Normal

  1. Log in to the IVS client as the admin user and access the Playback tab page.
  2. Set video playback parameters, as shown in Figure 3.

    1. In the Cameras panel, select the camera.
    2. In the Video Search panel, set search criteria, select a recording within 48 hours, and click Search.
    3. Click on the time from which you want to play back the video.

  3. Check whether the recording playback is normal. If symptoms such as artifacts and image freezing occurs, refer to Troubleshooting User Guide to rectify the fault. If the fault still persists, collect fault information and contact Huawei technical support engineers.
