- Choose .
- Enter cmd and press Enter.
- Run the ping device IP command, for example, ping 192.168.0.120.
- If the device can be pinged, go to Checking Whether the Browser Settings Are Correct.
- If the device cannot be pinged, go to the next step.
- Set network parameters.
- Open the current network connection attributes.
- Double-click Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4). In the window that is displayed, click Advanced. The Advanced TCP/IP Settings window is displayed.

- Set network parameters.
- Open the current network connection attributes.
- Double-click Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4). In the window that is displayed, click Advanced. The Advanced TCP/IP Settings window is displayed.

- Disable all the firewalls.
- Check whether the fault is rectified.
- If yes, no further action is required.
