Procedure
- Run the LST BRD command on the carrier-grade device running environment (CDE) to obtain subrack numbers and slot numbers. In the command, set FBRDHTYP to .
- Run the LST PG command and set MNTYPE to CCU to obtain the value of Module number.
- Run the LST N7LNK command to obtain the values of CCU/BSG module number and Linkset index.
Based on the outputs of the LST PG and LST N7LNK commands, check whether module numbers are properly distributed.
For example, the module numbers obtained by running the LST PG commands are 65, 66, 67, and 68. In the command output of the LST N7LNK command, there are three module 65, one module 66, nine module 67, and two module 68. Calculate the rate of MIN to MAX, namely, the maximum number of times a module is displayed in the command output to the minimum number of times a module is displayed in the command output. In the example, the rate of MIN to MAX is 1:9.
If the rate of MIN to MAX is equal to or smaller than 0.2, Message Transfer Part (MTP) links are not properly distributed. Run the MOD N7LKS command to modify data configuration to evenly distribute MTP links.
If the rate of MIN to MAX is greater than 0.2, run the LST N7LKS command to query the values of Linkset index and Adjacent DSP index. Verify that links of a linkset are evenly distributed on each module based on the standard that the rate of iMIN to iMAX is greater than 0.2. iMIN indicates the minimum number of links that are distributed on a module, and iMAX indicates the maximum number of links that are distributed on a module.
