Checking the License Status

steps :

1. Log in to the OMU portal, and choose License > Import License.
   

2. Check the information under Status of the License for Connected Camera Quantity. 
   

NOTE: 

The VCN provides six access channels for external domain devices even if no access license is imported.

• If the value of Number of Cameras That Can Be Connected is 0, the number of accessed external devices exceeds the license capacity. Apply for and import a new license. 
  

• If the value of Number of Cameras That Can Be Connected is greater than 0, go to the next step.
