This section describes how to check your Smart Power Sensor status in FusionSolar and how to set.
Check if the Smart Power Sensor is properly installed
Follow the instruction guide to check if the Smart Power Sensor is properly installed and connected to inverter. Ask from service support instruction if you don't have at eu_inverter_support@huawei.com
2. Login with installer account on FusionSolar
Login in your account as installer and check the Energy Flow status. Ask your installer if you don't have installer account to help you.
Check the status when the inverter is not producing.
As you can see below the inverter is not producing but on the graph the load is 0 and you export energy.

When the inverter is not producing energy on the Energy Flow graph the load should consume energy not to have exported energy.
The meter sense is wrong.
3. Set the meter sense in FusionSolar
From your account select the PV plant-->Device Management-->select the Meter-->Modify

Check if the meter type selected is Export meter and select the Meter direction Change-->confirm with OK

4. Check the Energy Flow graph status

After you change the meter sense, the Energy Flow graph is correct.
