Checking Running Status of Each VCM Software and Service
Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the SEM.
Step 2 Choose Home page > Device status statistical chart to check whether any server to be upgraded is stopped.
Step 3 Choose Home page > Software status statistical chart to check whether any software is stopped.
Step 4 Choose Home page > Current alarm list to check whether there are alarms that are not handled.

Verification
The Device status statistical chart shows Number of running devices (100%).
The Software status statistical chart shows Running software count (100%).
The Current alarm list displays the message
"No data found."

Troubleshooting
If a fault occurs, collect module logs and
locate the fault according to the logs. After rectifying the fault, you can
continue the upgrade.
