Hello all, we are trying to install iGWB version V500R007C60SPC207 on GTSOFTX3000 V200R002C00SPC300 and CGP version is V100R006C91SPC600 but we received the below error message.

igwb


Please advise what is the compatible iGWB version r provide the version compatibility matrix.

I think your GTSOFTX3000 firmware version is too old and has reached EOS, Therefore, it is incompatible. You can try upgrading to a new version. To get the latest version, click: GTSOFTX3000
