I have a valid hcnp r & s certificate, if I fail to extend it to the date indicated on it, what exam can I use to renew it? H12-224 or will be enough H12-22 (1,2,3)? I have a valid ccnp.

Please refer to the recertification rules:
Huawei certification consists of three technical domain: ICT infrastructure certification, platform and service certification, and ICT vertical certification.
Examinees can update the validity date of the certificate in any of the following cases before the certificate expires:
● Participate and pass any exam of the current certification.
● Participate and pass any exam of the higher level certification which from the same technical direction of the current certification.
● Participate and pass any exam of the same or higher level certification which from the same technical domain of the current certification.

H12-224 would be sufficient as you only need to renew it. And even if you are taking it for first time, if you have a ccnp, you can appear for it without hcna or hcnp(with 3 papers)
