For all certification exams, you have to appoint and pay for it in advance, and then take it at the exam center you reserved. You can apply for the certificate through Huawei website if you passed the exam.

1.Schedule Exam
Prometric provides candidates with three convenient ways for exam registration.
1）Using Prometric’s online services for appointment and exam registration through the Prometric website. 2）Register and appointment an exam through customer service call center, Prometric provides various service lines according to the location of candidates. 3）Register and appointment an exam at the nearest Prometric authorized testing center. 2.Payment 1）For appointment method 1 and 2: Credit card or exam voucher. 2）For appointment method 3: Credit card, exam voucher or cash 3.Exam Voucher Purchasing Purchase exam voucher from Prometric authorized testing center 4.Take Exam Go to the testing center that you appointed at the time you scheduled. 1.Schedule Exam Follow the HCNA exam appointment process.。 2.Payment The same as HCNA 3.Exam Voucher Purchasing The same as HCNA Note:HCIE voucher includes 3 types:HCIE written voucher(For written exam);HCIE Lab+Interview voucher(For the first time to particiate Lab and Interview exam);Interview voucher(For resit the interview). 4.Take Exam Go to the testing center that you appointed at the time you scheduled. The testing center will give the score report just after you finished the exam. 5. The period of validity for the HCIE written exam results The period of validity for the HCIE written exam results is limited to 18 months, you can make a Lab exam appointment within 18 months. Note：The period of validity for exam results refers to the period of time during which you can make an appointment for the next exam. That is, after obtaining the written exam results, you can make a Lab exam appointment within 18 months. However, within the 18 month period you cannot schedule an exam appointment for 18 months later. Huawei will not accept requests to extend the validity period for any reason whatsoever. |
| HCIE Lab and Comprehensive Interview | 1.Apply for Lab Exam 1) You can apply for HCIE lab exam 5 days after your HCIE written exam passed. 2)Submit appointment and provide Lab exam voucher at Huawei website 30 days in advance. Huawei will inform you the result. Click here to apply for HICE lab exam. 2.Exam Voucher Purchasing Purchase exam voucher from Huawei local training manager. 3.Take Lab Exam 1)Huawei will notice you about exam information after you provide a correct voucher. 2)Lab exam duration:8h 3) The exam center will provide the score report by email 5 workdays after you finished the Lab exam. 4)Candidates are not allowed to take the HCIE Lab exam for the same technological direction twice within 30 natural days. 5) HCIE Lab exam results is adjusted to 90 natural days. Within the validity period you can participate in interview exam. Note：The period of validity for exam results refers to the period of time during which you can make an appointment for the next exam. That is, after obtaining the Lab exam results, you can make an interview appointment within 90 natural days. However, within the 90 natural days period you cannot schedule an exam appointment for 90 natural days later. Huawei will not accept requests to extend the validity period for any reason whatsoever. 4.Schedule HCIE Interview 1)Candidate need pass the HCIE lab exam before appoint interview. 2) when you passed the Lab exam 5 working days later,you can Make HCIE interview appointment in Huawei website . 3)Submit appointment application , you need to provide voucher, The first interview you can use LAB+Interview voucher ,if you need to resit interview within 90 working days , please use new interview exam voucher.Click here to schedule your HICE interview. 5.Attend Interviews 1) After the reservation is successful, Huawei will inform the candidates interview information. 2)Interview duration:1 h. 3)The exam center will provide the score report by email 5 workdays after you finished the interview. 6.Certificate Application 1) Apply for the certificate from Huawei training and certification website 3 working days after you passed all exam(s) of the certification. 2) It will take about 7 working days to process and deliver the certificate. 3) We provides soft copy certificate, please check your E-mail box that you used for certificate application about 7days after you submitted the application. 4) If you have some other query about certificate application you can send an E-mail to Certification@huawei.com. 7.Resit Exam Policies 1)After the Lab exam results are released, you can apply for the interview within 90 days if you pass the Lab exam. Please apply for the interview in advance because exam resources are limited. Huawei will not accept any interview date extension request as exam resources are limited. 2)If you do not pass the Lab exam and your written exam results are still valid, you can apply for the Lab exam 30 workdays after your last Lab exam date. The Lab exam and interview voucher will become invalid, and you must purchase a new Lab exam and interview voucher. 3)If you do not pass the interview and your Lab exam results are still valid, you can make another interview appointment and purchase a new interview voucher. 4)If you do not pass the interview and your Lab exam results are invalid, you must take the Lab exam again on the condition that your written exam results are valid. |
