certain VM can not detect USB disk

Issue Description

customer send to us that she faces this issue one VM where can not detect any USB disk. he checked the thin client and it's OK, even connected another VM to the same TC and it detected the USB device immediately.

- product : Mini VDI
- handling process : problem solved after asking customer to restart citrix services in this VM.
