Centralized-Forwarding: Different management VLAN for AP and AC

Our deployment plan is to deploy the AC in a datacenter with the APs located across multiple remote sites using Centralised-Forwarding.

Based on what I've been reading, it's not clear if the management VLAN for each AP must all be the same, and also the same PVID on the Access Controller.

Can anybody tell me?
