The frequency deviation includes the clock frequency deviation. You can use a dedicated meter to test the frequency deviation. The frequency deviation cannot be greater than 9.2 ppm. When the client-side of the interconnected tributary board receives 3G-SDI services, set ODUflex Frequency Offset(ppm) to 10 and set ODUflex Frequency Offset(ppm) to 100.
