If the CELL is unavailable,we can operate as following to check the root cause:
1、 check the transmission,including the status of the SCTPLNK、S1、route to core network、and vlan map,if there are some issue,kindly modify base on the plan of transmission
2、 Check whether baseband resources are sufficient, if no, you should add a baseband board
3、 Check whether the CPRI bandwidth is sufficient, if no, You need to expand the cell bandwidth, Or modify the CPRI compression mode and compression ratio.
4、 If there is no available sector equipment,you need to check the RRU status and frequency band of the RRU supported,if the RRU is unavailable,kindly check it was power on or not, and the possible cause is that the RRU is supplementing software
