Cell Performance Monitoring

Function Description

This function is used to trace the signaling of multiple calls in a cell during a specified duration and the measurement reports during the calls. You can locate cell faults and improve cell performance based on the tracing results.

Procedures

Step 1 Log in to the U2000.

Choose Monitor > Signaling Trace >Signaling Trace Management.

Step 2 In the navigation tree, double-click any item under Cell Performance Monitoring.

Step 3 In the displayed dialog box, enter Trace Name, set Trace Duration, and click Next.

Step 4 Set Local Cell ID and Monitor Period, and click Finish.

Step 5 Double-click the task to view the messages traced.

Step 6 Right-click the task and choose Stop, Review, or Export from the short-cut menu to stop the task, review messages, or export messages.
