Cell actived failure alarm

At the Lebanon site, two cells of the new L base station fail to be activated. The alarm IDs are as follows

Site A:

Site B:

Site congiguration: ENODEB 530 /UBBP baseband /8T8R/TDD workmode

The alram anlysis as  below:

1/ stie A: If the cell/RRU/BBP don't use the same workmode, the alram will occur, need to keep the three  configuration the same

2/ site B: TD-Tech coporation engineer reply that UBBP don't support the 8T8R configuraion, need to modify to 4T4R.

Solution:

Modify the parameter in enodeb alram disappear.
