CDR server stops working Highlighted

Hello, guys!

Today I will share with you how to deal with the problem that CDR server stops working. This problem occurs on my device.

Problem Description

One day, I got an error message on CDR server, which is shown as below:

Handling Procedure

1. Check the information of the used space.  The result is as below:

   Lock Disk(C:) Used space

    

   

   
   

   Lock Disk(E:) Used space 
   

     
   

   

    

2. Check the service on Task Manager > Services.

    

   
   

   
   

   From the picture, we can see that the CDRserver service is stopped.

    
   

3. So, right-click CDRserver and choose start to start the CDR server manually. But the windows prompts as below:

    

   
   

    

   And the CDR server prompts as below:

    
   

   
   

    
   

4. Try to use the following ways to resolve it.

• Stop all the services on Task Manager > Services manually, restart the system and then start all the services.  

• Reinstall the CDR server.

Solution

After reinstalling the CDR server and configuring the connection of the parameter, the problem is resolved.
