CDR cannot start after unexpected power off and power on

Solution :

due to unexpected power off and on CDR went abnormal

Go to "serivce",find CDR service not started, then try to start it, If failed.

Then open "task manager", find the CDR related process, there are many same process in it. kill "monitor"、“CDR.exe”、“mml”.

After that the CDR works normally
