the model number of the VCN
and the version of the VCN

example of VCN model (VCN510 ,VCN520, VCN 540)

You need to log into the OMU Portal and check the version first. ( eg VCN 500 Server). After that, you can log into Huawei Support E to download the IVS Client which is match with the Server ( VCN ) version.
