it may due to username, password or IP address are in correct, you can solve this problem to use the intiat username and pasword and run command "MOD OP" on eMCH and change or modify it and notify operator. you can also check on IP address otherwise the eLMT is faulty

the user can't login to eLMT an error appears indicates that he can't access to management tool
