internet work fine but cant connect to box for changing options... Firefox, crome, opera no can do just loading & loading. i have tried to reset modem to factory (from that button) and still same

Hi,
Please check if you have obtained the IP address from the router correctly. And can ping the router normally.

no problem with ping & ip is ok. but i just cant acces to modem 4G working fine but...i want to drop to 3g but its impossible without access
