cant add osn550 to U2000

Hi Dear, Transmission Expert


We are trying to add one osn550 to our U2000 but after adding NE it cant Login and show this Error code,

where we can check ERROR code in future?

1

In addition：

1. Check whether the type of the NE to be created is correct. You can delete the NE and search for the NE to create the NE. 

2. Check whether the communication between the NMS server and the NE is normal. If the NE is not a gateway NE, check whether the link between the gateway NE and the NE is normal, for example, whether there are bit errors.

In the U2000 product documentation, 268435457 indicates that your operation timed out.

Yes we had two problem ,
1. User and password which solved by that list your share with us,
2. Extended ID we use 9 by default on U2000 but equipment we find by navigator was different number.

Thank you so much for your feedback! It is recommended that you use the U2000 to search for NEs that have not been created and then automatically create NEs in batches.
