Cant access 192.168.1.1

Hello friend I’ll try that later but one more question below the device there is a sticker there i.p and default username and pw i just want to ask if thats the default ip?

Yes, the default device information is displayed on the device nameplate.

Kindly follow B/M steps
-Check ethernet cable LED status accurately and be sure that it's in normal LED status.
-Disconnect all LAN cables in Router & disconnect WIFI push button
-Set your laptop IP to 192.168.1.2
-Open CMD and run the command " Ping 192.168.1.1 "
-If its pingable go to the browser and login using the default device information is displayed on the device nameplate
-If not pingable you have to reset the router to its default setting using the RESET button.
