cannt create a new OSN 550

in my network, i have an exist  OSN 550 .

i want to create a new OSN 550 on the topology but i didnt find the OSN 550 in the creation NEs tree as in the attatched photo.(please any way to add the OSN 550 inc reation NEs tree).

note that i try the creation by discovory NE but i failed .

please your support.
