Cannot type commands using Secure CRT

When using Secure CRT to log in to the device through the console port, check the RTS / CTS (this option is the default option), and the problem that it can be displayed but the command cannot be entered will appear. At this time, the communication parameters of the user terminal must be consistent with the physical attribute parameters of the user interface of the console port on the device. By default, the console port of the device is not configured with flow control parameters. You can solve this problem by unchecking the RTS / CTS configuration.
