Cannot share presentation on TE50

This topic describes the solution to cannot share presentations on TE50.

Problem description

Cannot share a presentation on TE50.

Root cause

The video output port connected actually between TE50 and PC is not the same configured port on TE50 UI (as shown).

Solution

1. Log in to the TE50.

2. Chooes advanced >settings>video> common settings>video output.
   

3. Choose from presentation output port list the specified port you already connect to your PC  (HDMI or VGA), that means if you connect the TE50 with VGA cable in VGA PC port you should choose VGA out option on TE50 (as shown).
