Cannot set the tour at the iClient

When I set tour at the iClient, the following error is occur.

iClient

Failed to set tour. (18911606) (fault source module: DCG)

Product: IVS 3800

Check the number of tours. A camera supports a maximum of eight tour.

You are advised to check whether the parameter settings on the camera side are consistent with those on the platform side.
Due to the limited platform, you are advised to collect logs and contact Huawei technical support.

Login the omu portal and check if the DCG module running status is normal if not normal try to restart it and check again.
