Cannot register with a standalone GK

I cannot register MCU whit the standalone GK. Can you help me? Thanks in advance!

Hi user! hope below steps can help u:

  • Network error

    Run the ping command to test the connectivity between the GK and the MCU.

  • Inconsistent GK registration settings

    Log in to the MCU by Telnet. Run the display gk command to check the parameters used for GK registration, specifically, whether GK enable is set to enable; whether the GK's IP address is correct; and whether the registration password of the MCU is correct.

    If the preceding settings are inconsistent with the settings on the GK, use the system-view gk-config command to change the settings used for the registration with the GK. After the change, ensure that the settings on the MCU and the GK match each other.

  • The IP address of the MCU is in the restricted network segment of the GK.

    Change the restricted network segment of the GK.
