- Check the network connectivity between the BMU and SMS gateway server. For details, see "Checking Network Status."
- If one of the NEs is disconnected from the network, contact the customer and locate the network fault in time. Check whether the configuration parameters of the SMS gateway on the BMU system configuration page are consistent with the actual data. If they are inconsistent, modify the parameters according to the actual data.
- If the problem persists, contact the service provider.
