1. Remove the power plug and insert it again. If the IPC is properly powered on, no further action is required. If the fault persists, go to step 2.
2. Check the status of the power indicator. If the power indicator is off, the power supply is faulty. Check the power adapter or power cable. For description of power indicator statuses, see the user manual of the required IPC model. For a PTZ dome camera that has no power indicator, check whether the PTZ of the camera automatically rotates after you power on the camera.
3. Check whether the fault is rectified. If yes, no further action is required. If no, contact the service provider. ----End
