Cannot power on

Hello guys! I have one issue related to power of IPC sometime cannot power on and it usually happebed twice a month, it is camera issue or rectify problem? thank you!

Dear Friend,
1. Remove the power plug and insert it again. If the IPC is properly powered on, no further action is required. If the fault persists, go to step 2.
2. Check the status of the power indicator. If the power indicator is off, the power supply is faulty. Check the power adapter or power cable. For description of power indicator statuses, see the user manual of the required IPC model. For a PTZ dome camera that has no power indicator, check whether the PTZ of the camera automatically rotates after you power on the camera.
3. Check whether the fault is rectified. If yes, no further action is required. If no, contact the service provider. ----End

kindly advise you to collect camera operation logs and view the restart cause.

  1. Log in to the camera web system.

  2. Choose Maintenance > Log.

  3. Query logs

    1. Set the start time, end time, and log type for log query.

    2. Click Search.

  4. Click One-Click Collection to download logs to your local computer. After logs are downloaded, you can view them using WordPad.

    You can search the keyword "restart" to find the reason.
