Cannot open IPC 6385-VRZ web interface

Please help for IPC 6385-VRZ; 

we cant open its web interface.

It is difficult to determine the camera problem based on the information provided by you. Remote operations may be required to locate the fault.

According to the general experience, it should be a device hardware problem. You are advised to seek the spare parts service from the local dealer.

Did you check by changing your browser. If its not works then try to hard reset the cameras and then try again !
