Cannot open HG8245H port

Hello guys, I'm tring to open a port in HG8245H, but got no sucess, even doing as I've read on the manual. Anyone could help with this isse ? Firewall is disable even in route and windows.

To open a port on the Huawei HG8245H router you need to:

  1. Setup a static IP address on the device or computer you are forwarding these ports to.

  2. Login to your Huawei HG8245H router.

  3. Find the port forwarding section. Click the Forward Rules link. Click on Port Mapping Configuration.

  4. Create a port forward entry.
