Cannot obtain the IP of the master server

Hi guys,

I met a issue about the eAPP610 system, the scenario is master/slave servers, IP of the master server cannot be obtained when I configure the application mode of the slave server.

Everybody can help me to resolve it?

Hi guy,
There is a possibility about this situation, for example, After adding a slave server on the master server, if you install the server software of the slave server and donot delete the slave server information on the master server, in that case, the IP address of the master server will not be obtained when you configure the application mode of the slave server.
So you can add the information again on the master server after installing the server software to try to solve your issue.

Generally, the IP of the master server can be obtained automatically when you configure the application mode of the slave server, however, it cannot now.
So, I need to make sure whether there are any operation are performed….
