1 Problem Description

Cannot modify configuration on SMC2.0 web page. Error message: "MCU connections cannot be modified because active or scheduled conferences exist(Error code 0x505000D7)

2 Problem Analysis

Remote to check settings on SMC2.0 web page to find issue reason.

3 Problem Root Cause

MCU cannot change settings when they offline.Because they are added by managementable type on SMC2.0 web page

4 Solution

Modify setting after MCU online.
