Cannot login to the VCN as a root user Highlighted

1. Install the Xshell tool. To download the Xshell tool, log in to http://www.netsarang.com/xshell_download.html.

2. Log in to the VCN5X0 server as the admin user and switch to the root user

• Double-click the Xshell tool to start it

• Click . In the window that is displayed

1. Enter the host name.
2. Enter the host IP address.
3. Click OK.

     The Sessions window is displayed.

3. Click the new host and click Connect

4. Enter the server login user admin and click OK.

5. Enter the server login password (default password: Change_Me) and click OK 

6. Switch from the admin user to the root user

1. Type su - root in the CLI window and press Enter.
   
2. Enter the root user password (default password: Change_Me) in the Password: line and press Enter.

Finally customer where able to login as root user
