Cannot login to the OMU Portal of VCN500

Issue Description

VCN500 version: V100R002C00SPC200

Cannot login to OMU portal of VCN500.

Handling Process

1. Check the services and all run well.

2. Check the disk space and all is normal.

3. Try to create a file under /DB_DATA, get the error below.

4. Failed to repair the file system but failed.

5. Check the SMART information of harddisk, and find the disk faulty.

Root Cause

Hard disk faulty of VCN500.

Solution

Replace the hard disk
