Cannot login to Smartlogger 1000A

I am trying to login to a Smartlogger 1000A through the web interface but the browser responds " It cannot connect to server".

I have changed the IP and subnet through the SUN2000 app and generally the app works perfect but I cannot login through the browser.

When I make a LanScan the device is shown in the list with its name HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES and I can ping it but no web interface.

Can anyone help
