Did you try with different browsers to connect to VCN's web interface and still having the issue?
If yes i suggest to enter using SSH to restart OMU service:
1. log in to the server as the
admin user and run the
su - root command to switch to the
root user.
Run the
cd /home/ivstool/bin command to go to the path for storing the IVSTOOL script.
Run the
./service.sh restart omu command to restart the OMU.
Run the
ps -ef | grep omu command to check the running status of the OMU.
After the OMU restarts, log in again by inserting
https://IP:8443/ to see if the web interface is shown in the browser.
If this doesen't work, please send us a photo of the error, the browser you are using and the firmware version of the VCN to further check.
