Cannot login to OMU potral

i have VCN500 and it is new installation. when i tried to enty the ip address the OMU page didn't appear. i already disablt the proxy, blocked the firewall and deselect Use SSL 2.0Use SSL 3.0, and select Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 

but the issue still exists. any help ??

Symptom

After you log in to the OMU portal, a blank screen is displayed.

Possible Cause

The browser cache is full.

Solution

  1. Open Internet Explorer and choose Tools > Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab page, click Delete, as shown in Figure 1.

  3. In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, select items to delete, as shown in Figure 2.

  4. Click Delete.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Restart Internet Explorer.

Let us know what exactly is the error reported or waht happens when you try to access the OMU portal.

i tried it but the issue is the same can't open the OMU web page with error disable connection but i can ping on it

Did you try with different browsers to connect to VCN's web interface and still having the issue?

If yes i suggest to enter using SSH to restart OMU service:
1. log in to the server as the admin user and run the su - root command to switch to the root user.
Run the cd /home/ivstool/bin command to go to the path for storing the IVSTOOL script.
Run the ./service.sh restart omu command to restart the OMU.
Run the ps -ef | grep omu command to check the running status of the OMU.
After the OMU restarts, log in again by inserting https://IP:8443/ to see if the web interface is shown in the browser.

If this doesen't work, please send us a photo of the error, the browser you are using and the firmware version of the VCN to further check.

please provide the VCN500 version and the exact model.
did you connect to the VCN directly or in the same switch with the VCN? did you try with different browsers ? what test have you done so far ?
if this is still present, collect the wireshark traces from the PC when you replicate the issue to see the packets sent & received.

Open IE 9.0 or later versions and choose Tools > Developer Tools. On the displayed page set Browser Mode to Internet Explorer 8 Compatibility View.

After this erase all cookies from the browser and then try again to enter the OMU with https://IP:8443/
